I saw that last night... did you see

that last December when they had to deliver bad news, 3 days later started the good news-- really good news (too bad it didn't work out)

Dec 4- They had finally finished restructuring after a nearly 5 years of clean-up and were ready to move on to operational phase, but there ended up being additional trademark issues, not previously disclosed to management that would've presented additional liablities for them. This was their bummer PR. Looked like they had nowhere to go at the moment.

Dec 7- PR's the new plan... already in place.

Summary: Last time they found out about the additional liablities a few months before they PR's it and tried to work through it but already had a back up plan in place when they announced. This time, they had expected to close the acquisition in April. Now they PR a few months later. I believe they fully intended to close this deal-- name change and all... and they didn't bad mouth the company. At least they actually are looking out for the shareholders instead of acquiring lame duck companies just to dump shares and buy themselves new toys. lol.


So, who thinks we will get another PR soon????? A really, really good one ??? weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
