Human error is nothing new. It comes with trial and error, especially when going 'where no one else has gone before'. Remember, ARSC is not trying to re-invent the wheel. There is no handbook that says it should take xxx hours to accomplish xxx product.
At best, all the company can do is estimate timeframes. Who are we to hold them to the fire, when we ourselves are only human?
And FWIW, when a company cannot perform to my own satisfaction, I have the choice of selling and moving on. I do NOT have the right to make my hardship (loss), YOUR hardship (and loss)!
