I know the history of buzz better than most. You see, prior to buzz I was in the predecessor company called Affordable Telco (ATTG/ATTP). The predessesor company was run by a guy that just loved to print stock certificates and put out garbage PRs to pump the price while he sold shares. Buzz came into existance only a few years ago when they purchased ATTP and purged the previous management. So most of that history you speak of does not apply. Buzz only came into existance in late 2005 and none of the people involved in ATTP/ATTG are involved.

Over the last two years the shares outstanding have only increased by a very small fraction (289m to 300m) due to aquisitions. In addition, the Transfer Agent has been allowed to disclose the share count. Suggesting that 12buzz has a history that goes back to the dot com bubble is plain and simple a case of misinformation. Please get your facts straight.
