Since it's a Monthly chart I arbitrarily provided several time frames for CMF and RSI. Note the shortest ones , CMF(2) and RSI(2) , and my annotations on those.
Still , CMF at all settings is in very bearish territory and indicative of strong persistent selling pressure. RSI peeked up just now , but we had a rumor and a pop that yanked that up ... the month isn't over yet.
Acc/Dis looks simply miserable.
