You are right about one thing..
Telmex and all the larger companies have the upper hand over Onev..However if they want the tech they will have to concede at some point..Telmex is in a rush now due to portability..They can no longer drag this out..MTNL..wants the tech and has already set the price points which we have seen..With them..it is just a matter of getting them to move faster..No one likes the pps down here unless they are buying more..Looks to me like there are some that like it a lot...veno
