Tsai wasn't the only Sell a Shell specialist. There was also Tony de Mint, who was much funnier. He was the creator of "Nothing Corp" and "Too Late Financials", among others.

Like Tsai, he usually got a chunk of stock when he sold a shell. Can't recall whether he also got a position on the board of the new company, but I don't think so. He'd sell the stock fairly quickly; I assume that many buyers just didn't have enough money to pay as much as he wanted. Although Tony's no longer in the shell business, he seems not to have got himself into the kind of trouble that Tsai did.
