That's why these filings are so valuable at times.

A lot of the times they are the only place we can see the reality of a situation , and certainly not just with Neomedia!

So , as of 5/22 , shortly before CH's departure , he completed the Form 4 stating he owned no shares of NEOM.

I have a similar recollection to yours , that someone said they were told by CH that he owned shares.
