The forms are back in the SEC hands.. so it all depends if there are anymore comments that need answering (which is normal procedure for the SEC). If there are no more comments/questions, we should be uplisting soon.. IF there are comments/questions, it'll just be another "round" and back to the SEC again.. soon though!
