I wonder if some of the people being fired, were fired because of incompetence, because they were sabotaging the business for someone elses benefit???

I see a lot of strange and convoluted possible connections going on. What connections does the bio-farmer have to that other radio station? Could there be a plot to gain Perihelions better equipment, through the possible tarring in the media? The possible giving of bad advice causing delays and added expenses?
In a smaller community whereby gossip is the measure of the day, one has to wonder what other self serving benefits are going on, from jobs not getting done properly by incompetent people who maybe serving someone else too in a conflict of interest kind of way, when you require a certain level of experience and qualifications to be hired. I bet that farmer would want Perihelions bigger operations, pennies on the dollar in a possible bankrupcy auction in the future, so he has motive to say what he does and in so doing possibly hurts Perihelions reputation when they may have hired him as a consultant. Again just speculation based on the videos they have publicly posted.
as avdave says When did they become a social services organization? I dont think Perihelion owes someone incompetent anything, in fact they may owe Perihelion money for damages and lost time/money.
