couple of things:
- i am holding, but wouldn't recommend this to anyone right now
- at least we got 650K coming in september from the loan restructuring
- at least the loans have been restructured
- i fully expect the ongoing litigation eventually will dump a large settlement into the company
- pending State contracts is great news
- pending Federal contracts is even better
- the equipment sitting in limbo is NOT needed, that's good
- the equipment is needed for production of 'other' drugs, sounds like contract manufacturing to me
- confirmed XPNL 1 million anually right now
- Nicosan is registered with NAFDAC as a drug NOT a nutraceutical
- raven will be happy that they are not going forward as a nutraceutical
