I strongly beleive that the the main reason this stock is trading like this is because of manipulation.
DOES NOT MATTER how this stock is MANIPULATED! When ENHD starts trading and SIVC is uplisted to the OTCBB everyone is going to be extremely happy$$$$$. Not to mention the many deals SIVC will close in the near future. I also know for a fact that their are big money investers watching SIVC just waiting for this amazing pink sheet to step up a notch and it will. IMHO
