the large shareholder(s) that all of that additional stock was issued to are still dumping dude. That's why the price isn't going up and that's why you see the after hours block trades. The questions are: how much do they have left to sell, will the money benefit the company or go into some moron's pocket who will buy a ferarri with it, and will the issuance of additional shares stop for a while. If the Company can put together some of these nice distribution deals, and lay off the issuance of more shares, we may have something here. I'm cautiously optimistic only because we were not informed of the last crap load of shares that were issued and why. I like the incremental progress i'm seeing though. Go HFBV!
