No , I'm afraid I'm solely responsible for it ...

... and they have actually all tried really hard to keep things legal. Filings are painstakingly comprehensive and reflect the amount of money paid to insure their accuracy. I and others have only found 4 or 5 possible errors/failings in those efforts.
