What standards does the FCC have to adhere to?

I know doctors as professionals have to adhere to a high standard of the law. I also know that the medical body that regulates doctors has to adhere to an even higher standard.

Wouldnt the FCC being a governing body also have to adhere to a highest standard, then say some joe off the street? They are the ones who granted Perihelion the license, they should have been required to make sure Perihelion met all criteria first and upfront.

They should also realize that a 300K or so market cap firm, being smaller should be given more time to complete a task then say a multi-national firm worth millions. It appears the negative publicity has effected their PRGL reputation, whereas if they had given Perihelion more time behind closed doors, everything would have been fine.

All because of a hole in a fence, the lack of a constant nattering plug to mention the radio stations name, which I hate hearing and so does everyone else. That and a office space nearby and an employee required to be there when automation is the goal and key in this day and age?

The FCC has two sets of standards and is biased towards the larger players, crippling the smaller guy and his voice from being heard, squashing them and stamping them out. Thats what has effected America and the reason why the USA has the media controlled by the few who have an agenda, rather then freedom of speech from the little guy. Why doesnt the FCC charge a fee from the bigger players to get the smaller ones established? Isnt that negligence on their part? Looks like they just wanted to bilk Perihelion to get the license and then snap it back ASAP. Thats just bad.

The FCC should be the ones out there helping to fix the fence, helping the little guy grow to foster competition rather then stamp it out!

Shame on the FCC making this fine country lose its freedoms and stamping out free enterprise in a market that is more and more controlled by the select few and bigger pockets who use the media to warp the Americans minds to voting one way, or to having to listen to something else!

In many ways it appears the FCC are robbing Americans of their heritage, their culture and their views by not doing enough to support the minority and smaller firms out there from being established.
