I agree 'bahouka'... It is nice to have a CEO that is willing to be accessible, share thoughts, direction, potential problems and obstacles, eh?
All part of the full transparency of filings with the SEC and State of Incorporation. YA Global/Montgomery Partners are known within those filings, as well as, the documented agreements to "stay" them, eh?
Everything is public record no matter what other posters have to say... Potentially a decent company here with those "influences" to overcome... We all know the story here, eh?
