It doesn't really say anything specific about how it would be paid. The second paragraph could be 3 separate things or 1 total thing with separate parts. If it is an equivalent of .10 a share of the other company, paid over 18 months, that's good for the defense against too much supply being released, but I wasnt exactly a long on this..I need my trading money, and that was a lot of it.
