That's how I read it, I think the "class of shares" phrase may have been misused. I don't want any more restricted shares or shares period. I want a check, money, chedda, powder, not something that every GLCC investor on the planet is trying to sell at 1 time. The .70 would be .05 by the time everyone dumped.
