I have no idea if its legal ,I'm not a lawyer but I am not buying more here either. YOu can all figure out if its legal or not but I would have wanted to know when someone is buying. Either way you can probably buy at the same or close to the same price right now so if you think Fred got a deal , anyone can get the same or better deal now.
At least he is not hiding it. Anyone that calls him , he will be happy to tell you what he is doing.
Remember The only one I ever saw move this stock by saying exactly what they were doing in advance ,,,IS ME.
