I don't know.. I'm trying to figure that out for myself... doesn't seem to outline it very clearly.

Also, I *THINK* (and please correct me if I'm wrong) that it's saying all of this information is coming BEFORE they actually do anything, because it affects the shareholders...

Then again, it says it's going to do all of this on or before.... today... which doesn't make sense at all.
