Richie, it's a huge market.

I am encouraged that Starbucks is cutting back 600 stores strong (coffee is not a health drink) and Americans are starting to gauge what is a dollar really worth these days with gas at 4 bucks a gallon (we're talking liquids here). Health and health drinks/eats are going to be a select market for the dollar conscious who have been content with stripped down bottled tap water.

I like the health food store scenario.
