They try to have a tight hole which never can happen,to many different enities involved,I had a neighber who was also a private investigator,he would go to bars in Gillete talk to rig crews,contractors ect.for investors who were thinking about buying,and that is why a stock almost always moves before an announcement,We now have a new 52 week low,but on low volume.which doesn't say much unless volume greatly increases
