I spoke to the company today an obtained the following information pertaining to some questions recently raised on this board.

- The O/S is now at ~110MM

- The company or any officers of the company do not own any shares of HLLD. ( A PR explaining the situation with HLLD will be forthcoming.)

- The next SEC filing will be the Annual Report which due between Sept. 15 - Oct. 15 with the next 10Q due by Nov. 15. (I'm not sure of these dates and will recheck)

- About the OTC:BB status. I was correct when I said that the hard work had been done. We can expect more details on this in a week or two.

- They have reached some accommodation with the CD holders and we should expect a PR explaining the details. He agreed with my recent post on the subject (post #824) that it is in the best interest of the CD holders not to just dump shares.

- We can expect some PR's on O&G production and new deals soon. (I did not ask or expect to get any details)
