I think I may have wrote about what you might be talking about here. If we get a valuable spin off into the OTCBB we really don't care what the left-over pinky pps is.

A move to the OTCBB is what that says to me.

They get all the financials in order, do a spin-off/divy deal and squish MOST of the company into the OTCBB company and leave the other small part to languish in the foul corrupt swamps of pinkyville.

You strip the naked shorters off the company and hopefully ream them a new one in the process and then you sort of start fresh with a "new" one on the OTCBB that reflects the TRUE value of this company.
