my concern here is,
he changed the name and ticker because of all the bad blood associated with the old name and ticker a couple months ago...maybe he is starting up the ATM agian. HE may not be making a bundle but you got to think about it....silence while cashing in the ATM means o one can see he was pumping and dumping with lies. all investors invested on their own DD and speculation....so maybe its a big game for him and he cant come to do a pump and dump because then investors could say he lied the whole way.....IDK, im just thinking out loud.
