It does not matter what happened in the past....There will be dilution...That is the only reason for a start up company to go public, to sell stock.....What matters is how it is done, and what do we get in return....Could this be a typical pinky scam, yes. Now if Chris is really building a business here, then we stand a chance to make some money.
Right now we hava a mkt cap of approx. 200,000. If Chris only dilutes to say 30 mil o/s but builds a company worth 10 mil that would make our share price around .33, which would be more than a 10 bagger from here. However if Chris maxs out the a/s again and brings no real value, our shares are worthless. It is what it is. We just don't know which one, yet. glta here....
