.VCMP 1.3M float, gimme a break! Trading at $3.70, was $10 2 weeks ago and only has a 1 .4 million float.

Two more security courses will be added by June 2004 as per last weeks' CC. Already one client on board in this security arena and the other major one is being worked on (I think they need a signature). Government already will play a role in future revenues and growth. They have all the funds they need for this new strategy and rollouts. The fat is gone, they are lean as can be. They expect to be cash flow positive in 2004.
