New to the Board, I have questions.

I have been watching EXPH since January and bought in a few times now. My questions over the past month may seem very simple. I have not traded micro stocks before now.

Who is Chad? His position in the company or pertaining to this stock?

What does the float do to this stock? Is it positive or negative for investors (seems to be negative from some of the posts I read).

How do pink sheet companies report their earnings? Do they put out EPS estimates like larger stock exchanges?
