I think their arrogance is preventing it - they want Notre Dame & it ain't going to happen in our lifetime.

I recently saw someone mention Pitt as a possibility and they are the complete opposite of ND - they haven't sold out more than a dozen games in the last 10 years. Fans in Pittsburgh concentrate on the Steelers & have never really supported the Panthers.

I would love to see a 12th team & the conference championship game that would go with it.
