To address your unfactual claims
1. The company could say virtually ANYTHING and we would see a run. If they were to release news about a potential buyout price this would be perhaps the biggest nuclear bomb ever to hit pinky land. Pumping the pps would be easy for Sib. That is a fact. So "what good would a news flash do"? A LOT.
2. You do not know if the increased A/S has had any effect on the O/S. The O/S is the only thing that effects share value. The evidence indicates that the O/S has not been affected.
3. The difficulty of selling shares after the restriction is irrelevent. A sensible investor would concern themselves with why the restriction was initiated, not in what little way trading would be affected. If an alien spaceship landed in your backyard would you start asking yourself how you were going to mow the lawn?
4. SEC investigates and GBDX faces 0 charges. By simple conditional reasoning we can conclude with a good amount of certainty that GBDX is innocent of pink sheet infractions. That is a good reason to consider buying a stock.
5. If a lot of retail investors held those 2 billion shares we would probably see more buying and selling. Spread hasn't been bad either. .008 X .009 too scary for you?
Thanks for your time to post a response tacoz. Thanks also for your 500 hours of posting time over the past year. Especially since it has all been out of the goodness of your heart.
