DN: If one accepts that uWink Hospitality Solutions + uWink Restaurants has been the PLAN from the beginning, and is not now a sudden deviation from the 'Plan', and that this (to be fully implemented concept) was always the Overall Revenue uWink Plan, one might gain a clearer comprehension of where uWink is actually headed...All too often I read (here) that the uV part of the PLAN simply comes as a 'shock' to some posters.

IMO - If that’s all the "uWink Concept” 'they' are looking at, then…'they' will never factor in their IMO, the uWink broad range of POS Applications and Transactions potential (restaurants, hotels, airports, casinos, etc).

To quote just two statements from documents I've posted before:

"Following the opening of our two new company-owned uWink restaurant locations, we expect to emphasize franchising and technology licensing over the development of additional company-owned uWink restaurants."

“The licensing of our technology into other hospitality markets is a logical expansion. We see a huge opportunity to leverage our software solution and offer it to other hospitality and public-space markets as an integral component of our growth strategy.”

As they have stated: Going further forward, their strategy is to leverage their technology assets and the uWink brand to:

Build and operate additional uWink interactive entertainment restaurants;

Franchise the uWink restaurant concept; and license their technology to other hospitality and public-space operators.

To me, uWink is a technological / restaurant play, and a restaurant / technological market play. Frankly, I would never have been interested nor invested if they were Solely Planning on restaurants (and a subsequent franchise strategy).

IMO - uV means very high profit margins and adds increasing revenue as clients update their integration... uV is NOT any deviation from the Plan – uV was part of the uWink Marketing Strategy from almost the very beginning as they were first laying their interconnection cables in their Woodland Restaurant. Again - uWink has not now... Just become a technological play – It Always WAS ONE.

Via a table, sell some food and drinks = one deal (repeat idea)
Via software, sell solution to many = many deals (idea repeats)

Restaurant Revenue grows w/# of places and # of seats (occupied).
Software Revenue grows exponentially with each client's # of nodes.
(Plus add reoccurring updates and upgrades which add additional $$)

IMO - uV Will Provide an Ever Increasing Software Revenue Stream Expansion.
IMO - uW Restaurants Expansion will add an ever increasing # of Seats Expansion.
