NeoMedia never responded to the original reexam request which was 120 days between 12/16 and 4/16. They remained silent. PTO had 90 days to formulate their findings on the original reexam, or until 07/16. They set aside 95 claims by marking them rejected for reasons cited in the 78 page PTO attachment doucument. NeoMedia will now proceed to formalize their response by 9/16, but will probably respond sooner that that. Beginning/ending dates maybe approx., but calendar count is real.
