Warning Model Management Inc. (OTC BB: WNMI) is excited to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Malia Jones and a leading clothing manufacturer to launch a Malia Jones clothing line in Japan.

Respected surfer/model girl Malia Jones is recognized as one of Japan's top celebrity icons. She has recently been featured in four of Japan's leading fashion magazines and was the subject of a prime time television show. The show called Tokonatsu-Girl featured three of Japan's top young actresses and models that traveled to Hawaii to meet Malia. See www.maliajones.com for updates. Malia has also enjoyed definitive exposure in "sweeps" week prime commercial spots around the world by being featured in Coca-Cola's 2004 summer commercial campaign kick off.

Director Steve Chamberlain states, "Japan is the world's second-largest economy, and provides an attractive market complete with high income levels and purchasing power. We expect this new venture to be an additional source of revenue for Warning and greatly contribute to our goal of becoming a force in the branding and marketing of celebrity talents."

Malia's own range of hair care and sun care products in the United States is now going through a series of quality control testing and nearing readiness for distribution. Distribution arrangements with several national retail giants are currently underway.
