With regards to a R/S, while it may be somewhat distasteful to a lot of us longs, in the end, we only want to protect our equity position. So ineffect, if we currently hold 5 shares that are worth $2, if we have a 5 for 1 split, we would then hold 1 share worth $2, so in fact, our equity position has not changed, and we have enhanced the image of the company to the investment community. To be fair, a lot of R/S's fail, because the company is so weak at this time, that once a R/S is announced, the shorters jump on the bandwagon and short it right back down again, and in many cases into bankruptcy........UNLESS, the company has just received strong financial backing and has a series of strong news releases coming out which will bring on institutional support and buying and in effect raising the share price. Of course with only 1/5th the outstanding shares, and with their finances in order, this allows the company to be much more nimble and lets the share price run.

Scenario #2 is how I look at it, so I am staying and buying. As a shareholder if you don't believe in this, you will have to sell here and take your lumps.

FWIW, and this is only an opinion, I believe we are in the end game here, and by the end of the year we may very well have been taken out................at a huge price I might add.
