Wow! That is some serious allegations there!

"The issuer intends to join several other publicly listed companies in a separate and unrelated law suit against internet chat board site and several of its posters. The issuer has reviewed its records and is satisfied that at least 2 of the 10 posters on these boards are not shareholders at all but rather individuals with other motives. In particular the action calls for remedy against something named “Stratey”, ITLOGIC, Jim Bishop, Janice Shell, Universal Trader, Ratso, Strongtower, Livinginstyle, Rigmedic to name a few. These individuals appear to be some loosely organized Internet posters with agendas to discredit the issuer its management, and its advisors. The issuer believes some of these posters do this for a fee on behalf of their employers. The issuer is also seeking damages against the Internet chat site “Investors Web Site” to release all names and records of these posters or to have the courts compel this web site that harbors these individuals top do so."
