been out to lunch and have not read all the latest posts so forgive me if this has been asked -

do the common shares have voting rights? dont know if their charter has written in a number "class X preffered voting shares" or something of that nature - usually only held by the execs. and board members - i seriously doubt "we" will have any vote on the matter. anyone more familiar with the company know? IMO

either way - am holding on to what i gained this morning.
