Does anybody have any idea if Adaptive will have to reimburse NVEI the money that NVEI has advanced them if they fail to produce a viable FPGA? Please don't tell me this outfit actually advanced 5 million or so to Adaptive just to TRY to develop the FPGA with absolutely no accountability.
