Ok, public_eye, let me see you explain this one. The email you posted was inqured about this past Suday as you say. That would be July 6, 2008. The letter today about the 10 million was received today July 8, 2008. In that letter, the writer has good things to say about Mina Mar and their work with Good Life. They say that they want to invest in Good Life according to Mina Mar's recommendation and wish to communicat with Good Life through Mina Mar. If this letter was just sent today and Mina Mar knew Ms. CEO of Good Life was insisting on diluting at least 2 days ago, then Mina Mar failed to mention that fact to Mr. Oppinheimer. If Mr. Oppinheimer knew that Ms. GLCC CEO was insisting on diluting and didn't care who it hurt, do you think Mr. Oppenheimer would still be willing to plunk down 10 million? Also, don't forget, Mina Mar already has a majority stake in Good Life. So, they will try to sell Good Life any way possible because Mina Mar is vested.
