No debt? What about the 775k in withheld salary, or the 121k loan to a private investor, or the 1.45 million consultant fees? These may all not be interest payments, but they sure are debts, debts which they seem to be paying with our money instead of their "8 million revs for 08".. More than 2.36 million in liabilities is DEBT not an asset. It's ok though, I know you aren't trying to confuse new investors into buying this stock.
