Look at the entire announcements, hidden in all the normal language found in such announcements was the fact that Biogen Idec's drug has now also entered clinical trials. Biogen Idec hasn't announced anything about the trial starting, but in the clinical trials database it also shows it started in June.

Large companies like Biogen Idec don't highlight Phase I Trials as more fail then succeed. IMGN got a milestone payment for the IND submission back in February, they put out a PR then. They apparently couldn't issue a PR when no milestone was involved and BI hadn't done so, however they can state what drugs are in trials, which they routinely do, so as part of the language that's pretty much boiler plate, you'll find the BI drug's now in clinical trial.
