Hi Razal,
Don't forget the L.A. Cubs who played in a replica of Chicago's Wrigley Field, complete with the ivy on the brick walls in the outfield.

I would imagine that the Exodus to California of the Dodgers and the Giants back in 1958 was a killer blow to the league in that it robbed them of their two biggest cities.
