He doesnt waste a pile of CASH buying stuff that doesnt work, or buying it all on the grand scale and losing his shirt. He gets the one "POD" producing quality fuel profitably. Gains confidence and gets a working model and system, where others have failed.

Then, he can duplicate the "PODS" or modules and ramp up production, confident in what he is doing. Then each CASH investment is ZERO risk to PRGL for they know what works and what doesn't.
