That list (or a similar one) was what I was referring to in my post. I must admit that it makes sense that the buyout of IDMI should be based on the pps after approval by either the EMEA or FDA and that the deal will not be consummated until at least one approval. But, such reasoning sure did not appear at the SHM where CEO Walbert gave me the impression that the sale was a done deal. Ah well, I guess that we can speculate all we want… we will just have to wait and see.
