It isn't that easy dude.

Hasn't their been talk of Torvec buying the parts (like the frame from Ford, tracks, etc.) and assemblying the FTV themselves? Good luck putting that together...

Say they were to have someone build the entire thing for them, I still don't think that is "merely" a simple thing...still a long difficult process to get that done and since Torvec has yet to make a significant deal I don't have a lot of faith in the current management getting that done anytime soon.
