Contractor..Does CB own preferred stock? Can he convert said shares to 10,500,000 common shares? The chart on pg 43 is about common shares..

The preferred stock is non-voting..that is why I believe they violated SEC rules..as stated in the 10q (Yahoo) for 3/08
