yea, and at the bottom right corner of the info box, it says "OTO" as in "Over the Counter - Other"

If it where an OTCBB offering, such as one of Carnes scams RNVO, it would say OBB in that box.

Coming up on that website does not make it a BB reporting offering. You need help, fast.
