Hulu is ad based and most of their content runs in a window about 1/6th the size of my screen. They have lots of cash and the content is going to roll in but mostly TV shows and their movie selection is awful. They need to both improve their content and their technology IMO. Joost is competing mainly for TV also. Jamin is horrible.

The big players in movies are Apple and Amazon, but they both have the download model. It's a good model but not the future. Amazon Unbox quite often does not rent their movies, they sell them. Spiderman 3 is only for sale for $13.49. The future is not downloading and burning to a DVD, it's streaming directly to your TV set. Which leaves NetFlix and ReelTime.

The real winner will be Comcast though and the other carriers. We are just competing for a place behind them.
