Jathropa feedstock fuel for PRGL & BLDV

What proprietary enzymes or methods have they developed to make this state of the art Perihelion plant work better?

Just because its small doesnt mean it cant do as much.

Chevron ties to both PRGL and BLDV, lots of research and planning have gone into these plays and they have benefitted from watching other co's fail.

one has the land supplies with Belizian govt deals, BLDV

and the other has a multi-feed stock plant PRGL
