neg types now need more time?

Possibly trapped with the changes happening too quick?

Quixopixs and PRGL's got the runnin bio plant real cheap!

Do they need time to collect what they lost or gave away?

Hit them hard and they might help propel the stock up.

They havent had time to cover and I have done my best to bring out the news on this fine holiday season.

Possible deal with BLDV, or a chevron connection???

Either way, PRGL is now producing and the negs have got nothing!
