PRGL doesnt have to have a shipping permit.

Even if it did, it may already have one. I dont ask people to see their drivers licenses and papers, do you?

Worst case scenario, PRGL could have another co. with papers pick up the sludge to sell.

There is demand for that waste products.

Money in the sludge.

So your wrong pontalba on the permits side. I hope you didnt short or sell too many shares on that thinking.
