PRGL said they would build a bio-plant and from the photos and truck it appears that something is now there.

Its not empty space, they didnt just take the money and run, they built something with it.

Something tangible. Isnt that why you invested in PRGL or PHGI? For them to build a plant?

Or are you negative because your missing a boat load of shares?
